An entire Company or Office can sign-up for the LicenseTraxx Real Estate Solution. When you sign up, you will designate an administrator, or multiple administrators, who will, in turn, sign up other individual Real Estate Professionals in your Company or Office.
If you are an administrator, you will be able to see all of your associated Real Estate Professionals for your company or office and their information. Navigate to the menu bar at the top of the page and click on the Company Report menu item. You will then get a list of the Real Estate Professionals associated with your Company or Office. Then, by clicking on an individual’s name, you will get their information.
LicenseTraxx supports Real Estate Professionals who have licenses in multiple states. You can add up to 3 State Licenses in a single account. If you have more than 3 State Licenses, you will need to start multiple LicenseTraxx accounts.
Yes! When we developed the LicenseTraxx Real Estate Professional Licensing Solution Portal, we designed it to be secure. When you interact with LicenseTraxx, all communications are encrypted. Sensitive data is also encrypted in the LicenseTraxx database. We do not store your credit card information.
